Landmaark hotels — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

The place feels little isolated. It was not residential area. There were few small scale industries nearby.

The reception area was spacious and good. While checking in, I paid the full amount through debit card. After that, the reception staff was asking the validity month/year of the debit card. I denied that by telling those are sensitive information which can't be provided. He was saying that card validity needs to be entered in system to verify. I had told him that the amount was already paid through debit card and the amount was debited successfully, print copy was also generated for the transaction. Btw, The reception staff was warm and welcoming.

Room size was compact but not comfortable. Bed was attached to the bathroom wall. And AC was above our head. AC coolness was going to our feet. The blanket was not all comfortable. It was itching. Staff Vignesh unprofessional, AC was not working , blankets were of such a cheap quality stinky dirty and were like 50rs blanket And then making false promise that we will refund you 500rs don't give negative review and then didn't gave even a penny as compensation for AC not working and no blankets in the room Instead gave his number and said I will give you via gpay later and then when tried calling didn't received any call

Women safety issue, zero services concern and waste of money.

We have never received any refund from you and we have called 1000 times but you did not even received the call so stop saying that refund of 500 given if you are so sure attach the receipt of sending us money , you are just fooling...

Most overrated property... Over priced for the room and amenities provided... Room was very small.. Felt very cramped... Claustrophobic may well skip this property... There were no one to help us with our luggage or to even show us to our room... The guy at the reception just gave us the key.. Tats it... Even on check out there was no one to help us... They do not even have their own restaurant... If we order from outside including the ones that Landmaark has a tie up with, there are no plates or cutlery available... We ended up eating in the parcel/take away packets and boxes only... The bathroom too was very small... All the fittings had a thick layer of hard water/salt deposits.. Didn't feel as if hygiene was of any priority... Overall, A big let down seeing their online presence...
