we came to hotel close by 10 pm. ordered chicken fried rice chapathi and chilli boneless. it came in ten minutes. we were eating suddenly one guy came and shouted that how much time it will take to finish and i replied we are eating and gonna over and he said its closing time thats why I'm asking when you will finish? he didn't even came near to our table and conveyed.. literally shouted. got irritated and closed the leaf and paid and i complained to the employee in the cash counter. i didn't found that guy. in the menu it mentioned 7 pm to 11 pm. thats why we entered.. if it closing time then you should have informed when you took order . manner less person.. very rude and had terrible experience.. literally felt very bad of entering the hotel.. if your day is bad and want to relax by eating something you like kindly don't choose this hotel . if the owner of the hotel see this post kindly warn him to maintain some manners. the person who served was really good and some other people came and apologized for his behaviour but i couldn't find him. being a professional i felt very bad of the hospitality that idiot provided.. i didn't ordered and demanded new items, the time mentioned in the menu was 7 to 11 pm. and it was 10.20... atleast he should had some common sense that should not shout or irritate when we were gonna finish. if u don't have patience you are not fit for this business.. if the owner see this post.. make sure he behaves better. orelse you will lose people..
