Meat and Eat — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Today I am facing some issues with the branch manager. I have ordered bucket chicken and tried paying with Google Pay. I facing Gpay issue and can't able to make payments. I politely reach out to the Manger, I may not be able to pay the money. Please cancel the order. Manager arrogantly replied, speaking to me like I was in fighting position. I am shocked why the manager behave like this to the customer. Every customer has the right to cancel the order, right? If app not working na. How can I pay the money? The Manager behaviour was like, "Force me to pay the money or I'll beat you." So try to pay with the other payment options, and thanks to God, it's working. If I am not paying the money, the manager will definitely beat me. Is this how you guys are treating customers? I am so disappointed, and I am very frustrated while leaving the store. I don't know how to express my feelings. I am totally helpless at the moment.

I don't know why they are choosing this kind of arrogant people as a manager.

I have ordered so many times online and went to this location as well to order today buy 8:30 pm 5th June 2023 i have visited this place with my daughter today since she wanted ordered and have ordered 14 pieces of chicken deep fried an told the two youngster to do not make it hot and over cook coz my daughter does not eat spicy and they made it just the opposite..wish they told me they will do a better job and 2 of there friends came to the place showing to try on some pair of shoes they have brought ...they gave there friends buggers in 10min even though my daughter and me were asking them what about our order ...hope Meat and Eat wants to improve there customer service then please do...

Worst food service... I had a fish burger and it didn't even cooked properly... I spitted it right in the plate after having in mouth and while asking for explanation they are saying like they only cook the fish burger for 3 mins and mentioning that's the time period and because of cold it may didn't cooked properly and also they are saying we fried it with other chicken fries so may be it didn't cooked properly and they are saying they will makes sure that this won't happen again... Now I am having bacterial infection... Seriously hated the service and explanation given by them for not...
