Worst dining experience Worst hospitality It's a QSR model ( quick service restaurant)

We reached at 3 ,It was busy and I found a table for 2

To clean the table it took 10 min To place order it took 10 min

So already lost 20 min

We ordered 2 items 1 is easier like ready to serve ,it's a special briyani And other one is fried rice

No matter how busy a restaurant is it will only take 20 min ..Max 30 min to deliver the order

I got fried rice which was not salty And the other item was not available

So it took 40 min for them to tell it's not available

Then we re ordered and it's more than 30 min the order has not reached the table

So after almost 1 hr plus we fed up Went to the cashier or the incharge about the issue

He said it was to busy My question is do they serve only well dressed up people Because people who came after me got what they want

Very very poor service

I ll never step inside...

Last Sunday (17th March 2024), I randomly walked in to this shop and did take away 3 mutton kuska's and 1 full tandoori chicken, vera level mutton kuska taste and the quantity also was good enough. Tandoori also was awesome...Never expected this taste from Namma Chennai Kitchen and will go this Sunday again and I recommend every one try...

Food was too good and prices were also moderate. Liked the atmosphere also nice place to sit and eat with family and friends. Service was also nice... It was washroom also in balcony which was also clean and hygienic which really forced me to give 5 star to it. Enjoyed dinner yesterday and gonna visit this place...
