Pathetic service and food quality😣 If u want disappointment and diarrhoea, u can go here 😂 I don’t know how this place still exists. If the manager of this branch or the respective authorities reading this, kindly reach out to us as we’re extremely disappointed‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Milky Way used to be our childhood hangout spot for most of us. I went here today after a long gap with nostalgia, but they traumatised me now💔

First of all, the place was empty with no customers. I went there with my mom. We ordered strawberry jello icecream (₹125) and cheesy mayo fries (₹135!!!!) for dine in and butterscotch caramel sundae (₹157) for takeaway. There were 2 waiters (North Indians) who barely spoke Tamil. ‼️The dark tall one was very rude from the beginning. He didn’t even know what a “takeaway” meant.‼️ Later, we received the strawberry jello icecream which was a big disappointment. The jello was obviously old and was salty🤢. We informed him about this but he didn’t even bother to listen. So we ate only the Icecream on the top. Then comes the star of the show 😂 the cheesy mayo fries🤮🤮🤮🤮. Undoubtedly that’s the worst fries I’ve ever had‼️😖. The price was so much for such little quantity. We could easily get 400g of yummy masala fries frozen pack for ₹127 in shops‼️. That quantity would be 4 times more than what was served to us. I’m not even exaggerating by saying this. 💢When I asked about this to him, he rudely replies this is what we can serve and denied cancellation or refund for that🙄‼️‼️. We couldn’t eat those fries as they were super soggy with a sour mayo which we assume was expired.

Then I went to pay to the counter. Immediately after I paid the bill, this rude guy questioned me whether I’ve ever eaten cheesy fries before 😭🤣😂 with all his broken Tamil and no knowledge in English. Then I said that my house is near, I could make fries 100 times better than this .. but with the condition of getting a refund for what we had & with his manager tasting our fries and deciding which was better✅. He immediately got mad at me and started abusing in Hindi and I could understand it to some extent🙄. He said even if he calls his manager won’t be coming for this issue. I asked him to call his manager instantly but he didn’t. That guy asked me to give my number to him and come tomorrow as he smirked.

As there were no customers and it’s getting late at night, my mom didn’t want us to be there as she didn’t feel safe😥😞. She requested us to stop arguing and leave. But that guy was so rude till the end, even while we’re leaving the place he continued abusing. Such trashy experience we had here!! Spent ₹440 for this ill treatment and abuse😓😔

I wonder how people like him are even allowed to work here!!?? If the manager of this milky way branch at 70ft road, Jawahar Nagar sees this, kindly reach out and take the necessary action. No one can tolerate this kind of...

Overall a very bad experience the place isn't clean got few ice creams with my family and orders two burgers by mistake. The person making the burger took the frozen patty out of the freezer box which was next to us and held it in one hand and dropped it and picked it up like nothing happened and once I asked him he said he'll change it. If I hadn't asked he would have given me that. The ice cream was spoilt and had a sour taste and they said it's normal for ice cream to have that taste. I recently visited Milky Way Ice Cream Parlour expecting a delightful treat, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a letdown. The ice cream lacked the rich, creamy flavor that you'd expect from a place with such a name. It tasted bland and artificial, far from fresh or indulgent.

For the price they charge, I expected premium quality, but what I got felt overpriced and underwhelming. The texture was off, the flavors didn’t pop, and overall, it just didn’t live up to the hype.

Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a satisfying ice...
