I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your establishment. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed your ice cream products and the overall ambiance of IBACO. However, my most recent visit left me extremely dissatisfied.

I visited your store on [07th of October ] and encountered a person, whom I believe to be the manager, who treated me in a manner that was completely unacceptable. I felt as if I was being treated like a beggar rather than a valued customer. Their behavior was not only rude but also made me question whether I want to continue supporting your brand.

I believe in the importance of providing feedback, both positive and negative, to help businesses improve. I had expected a much higher level of customer service from IBACO, and this experience has shaken my confidence in the brand.

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to ensure that customers are treated with respect and courtesy at all times. It is crucial for the reputation and success of your company.

5 star for the ambiance. Ice cream is very good too with lots of variety. Mildly volumed songs and good air conditioned makes the experience even better. A decent parking space for 2 cars and a few bikes. Waiting space is also there if it is crowded. The owner has really given attention to detail for the looks of shop as it is so pleasing and eye catching even in this relatively not so large space. I think 16 can fit in if you are a group. Not sure about the availability of restroom. The only variance you might find different is the customer service as people may change. 2 young men and a women were there. Men had a welcoming smile and a customer friendly approach, but women showed no interest ( I went in with a family of 4 including a kid). She might be new and she might become better in the future, but bizarre to see half of the staff smile and one staff having a stone face. This has nothing to do with the owner, who has given everything to make the shop as good as it is, but these things may bring negative reviews which is bad for the shop. But nevertheless good yummy ice-cream. Hope this review...
