Arabian Express Garden — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Good place and amazing food, would certainly be back for more. Need to try their American Chopsuey and other dishes too.

It was quite late (11:10pm) and we were contemplating on what to, whether to go back home and have our regular meal or find a suitable place. We were a bit far from the hotel and the gentleman beside suddenly stepped forward and said Sir, they are open. Guess he worked there 🙏.

The table area was quite lit, meaning the lighting was good but felt the surrounding was a bit dull, not sure if it was their closing time (11:30pm) or their theme. But still the ambience was good.

The storm water drain construction should he done by end of September'22, and the hotel should be much accessible by Bike Or Car. Do stop by for a meal, you would enjoy it.

The seating (Traditional Style in the Floor), area which accommodates 4, it's best for 4 Adults only. Don't try to accommodate yourself even if you'll are 4 Adults and a Child. The place is a bit small. My second challenge, if a person seated inside is done with their meal then it gets disturbing to move the rest. Finger Bowls should be provided in such scenarios. We had a pretty good experience at our dining at this place. We expected a timely service and a decent taste from this restaurant. However, it took a while for us to get a table, the service time fast enough. They have a nice rain forest themed interiors in the ground floor which, would give a calm vibe. We ordered a special BBQ, and Naan with Butter Chicken, nothing too fancy. The taste was pretty good and the dishes had a nice appetising and appealing look. Taste on the other hand was nice and good. Like I said, nothing fancy and nothing to let you down. Also, the AC was operating at a nice chill temperature which might be colder for a few people. The top floor hall was generic one, so if you are a person who likes to dine in an ambience, it is recommended to dine in the ground floor. Also, the pricing was fair to their dishes. Portion sizes were a little bigger than usual, so you might have to refer them with your waiter. I would really advice them on their washrooms as they weren’t ideally in perfect condition. Today I went with my family to have food in this Restaurant at about 9 O clock. I got the seat and ordwred some food. Normally the restaurant will be very peaceful atmosphere, But today surrounding my table, all are came with family and enjploying eating food.

Unfortunately one in the bay, some arrogant youngsters having their food and making noise, they were not worry about others feeling and continuously making their voice very bad. I told to my table serving staff to control them, that staff just visit the bay and nothing told them. Then I went to the manager and informed their arrogance voice, He also just went that bay and said nothing.

Finally I just packed my food and start to home because I understood that the incapability staffs do nothing favour to the customers.

I lost my peace, waste of my time, waste of my money as well as in transportation espenses that only because of very poor customer service. Hereafter I will suggest the people do not have choice this "ARABIAN EXPRESS GARDEN" Peravallur.
