Pizza Hut | Perambur, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This is infuriating! I went to OMR Pizza Hut, it was decent 👍. But after moving to Perambur, I decided to give the Pizza Hut in Periyar Nagar a shot. The staff insisted on ordering online for dine-in, and guess what? Their darn website wouldn't work for 15 whole minutes! Finally, I placed my order.

After a grueling day at the office, I rushed there with my wife and daughter, and we ordered a feast – bread steak, fries, garlic bread, medium pizza, and sprinkled fries for my daughter. Can you believe it? I endured an excruciating 50-minute wait for my order, only to receive a WhatsApp message asking for feedback before I even took a bite. Seriously? I hadn't even tasted my food!

Have ordered a Large Veg Pizza via Pizzahut app and scheduled my delivery for 7:30PM. A staff from Pozzahut called me around 6:30 PM and asked me whether the order is confirm. I replied yes its for 7:30 PM. Around 6:50 PM I received a call from Dunzo saying he is bringing my pizza to home. I said I ordered it for 7:30 PM and pls contact the pizza hut reg this, as I didnt receive Any tracking ID or never heard of pizzahut sending their pizza via dunzo. The dunzo guy called again and said it's my order ans pizzahut ppl told to deliver it now itself. Since I was not available in home at that time, I was forced to eat cold pizza.

This is one of my worst experience with pizzas. I love pizza 🍕 but I'm very disappointed with the taste and quality. To be honest the pizza base had so much oil and it tasted like poori. I had no idea if i was having pizza or poori. I have had pizza in multiple restuarants and normally when we order a panneer pizza the piece maybe less or even alot in few places, but pizza hut is where I had difficultly in searching for the panneer they were cut up so small and sprinkled not provided in an adequate amount for the serving.
