MIRCHI CHAATS — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

My experience at this chaat shop was not great. From the start, we had issues with ordering—the person preparing the chaat was wearing headphones and served us something we didn’t order. Despite telling him it was the wrong order, he insisted that we had ordered it, so we reluctantly accepted it to avoid wasting food.

The shop has ample parking space where you can have your chaat. The taste was okay and the prices were reasonable, but the hygiene was a major concern. I literally saw cockroaches running inside the glass frame where the food is kept, which raises serious doubts about...

All chats items are very good in taste. I have tried mushroom, mushroom bhel, kachori, dhahi boori, bombey bhel, gulaab jaamoon. Everything is very tasty. Cost is little bit higher when compared to others. But still we can pay for qualitu and taste. Try their sweet paani at end. It has different taste than other shops paani. One more thing please dont buy Madurai Jigardhanda here. Totally waste and very high price. If you want to have original madural Jigardhanda then go to Metro park in building ground floor near junior kuppanna hotel and townhal...

Very poor customer handling and response 👎🏻 Felt very bad during the visit.. Ordered chicken momos, dhai puri, egg puffs and mushroom bhel.. waited almost 30+mins for receiving our order mushroom bhel.. we informed and waited almost 30+ mins for order.. then cancelled the particular item and irresponsible by the staff who wer in the counter and causally stating that you’re order hand over to someone that’s why late and bla bla bla.. not even apologised for the mistake Worst experience and not looking forward...
