From the beginning, the server was showing so much attitude in serving us. He didn't ask us what we liked to order. He literally told us to choose first without even coming near our table. Later we received some of our ordered food, we were waiting for the other dish to come. And that order was unavailable and he didn't inform us. We were waiting for the dish and he said that it was not available only after we asked him about the dish. In the end, we asked for a bill, he told us to go to the counter and pay. He was not ready to serve he was not ready to give us a bill. It was not even peak hours or many customers around. Only 3 tables were active at that time. I even called the supervisor and complained about it. He didn't listen to our query as is only motive is to avoid us. Anyway we didn't embarrass anyone nor shout at anyone in there. I never talk low about anyone's profession as everyone earns their money with their hard work. But it tempts me to say such guys will stay like this forever and never go up in life with such an attitude. Life will reach him a lesson.

I'm a regular customer to their Vadapalani outlet. But I got such treatment in their mogappair outlet makes me think to avoid eating here at all.

This restaurant in Mugappair branch is cleaner than many older branches. The service staffs are very very friendly, helpful and service oriented. The restaurant is on the first floor is accessible by stairs and lift and this will help old people and invalids to reach the restaurant easily.

The ground floor is a coffee shop which also serves fresh snacks. The early evenings are quite busy all the way to late evenings. The coffee here is amazing and refreshing. Don't miss ordering a coffee from here.

The restaurant is mid sized and comfortable. The evening is a little crowded. Try to avoid peak times to avoid waiting time. The interiors is reasonable and the cleanliness of acceptable standards. The order to the table is very quick. A masala dosa we ordered was on our table within 10 minutes along with other side orders.

Over all a good experience. The taste is excellent. The quality of the food is top notch. The flavour and aroma of the food is amazing. The quantity is actually good. The cost is comparable to all the competitors all around the city. The service as mentioned is better than many similar restaurants.
