Ovenfresh — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

They have a cake called "Truffle Pound Cake" which is dense chocolate dry and less sweet cake like a dark chocolate cake that I had ordered through Swiggy for my sister's birthday and enjoyed it with my family. My whole family was so happy about the cake and we have decided to order it again for my daughter's birthday. We did order 1.5 Kg of Truffle Pound Cake directly to Oven fresh as in Swiggy menu it is just a 1/2 kg cake that is the only option available so I did call Oven Fresh and ordered directly. I have explained them that we enjoyed Truffle Pound Cake and we need the same in 1.5 Kg and needs to be delivered 4' O clock but the order got delivered 5:35 PM and the cake delivered is a different one like black forest - the three layers of the cake is sugar soaked (I hate the most) - I'm not a fan of a cake prepared well then spoiled with sugar water. After cake cutting the entire family got disappointed and don't know what to do, I did make a cake call to Oven fresh and the guy talked to me told he will check and call me back in 15 minutes (I guess still it isn't 15 minutes for him), we managed to take care of the birthday party with Salem RR mutton biriyani that was really a party saver, thanks to Salem RR bucket biryani, the taste, quantity, number of mutton pieces are good enough.

Next month I have my birthday, I think I have look for a good backery to order a good chocolate cake just to get rid of the cake experience with Oven Fresh.

I know this is a little strong feedback but I do celebrate if someone served exactly what I have ordered (read 1sr paragraph), if not I just share my experience hoping that it may be helpful to someone.

Update on 22/09/2021:

Maketing Manager Madvesh called me and explained that Oven fresh Nanganallur branch had mistakenly delivered Pound Heavy Chocolate instead of Truffle Pound Cake for my sister's birthday that made me to order Truffle Pound Cake again. Anyway, Madvesh agreed that Ovenfresh branches made the confusion and they will fix this in the future.

Tip: If anyone wants order a cake that is dry, tastes less sweet and rich chocolate flavour then order Pound Heavy Chocolate and not...

Rating down one star as my fourth experience was bad.. pretty bad

The incharge/shop manager sounded rude, ignorant and not interested in taking order or guiding the guests. Wish we had the manager who we first met here!

Usually we order stuff, have it and then pay for them once done but he insisted us on ordering and paying first.
