Rasikas Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This review is not in terms of food quality. But about the worst experience I had today(Jan 12th 2025). The restaurant was not so busy since it was around 5PM, however most of the tables were occupied. A person who was sitting on the only table on the left side in the dining hall and he was on call and making a lot of noise and using foul words and we were sitting on the first table in the right side, placed orders and waited for the food. But the person shouting on the call doesn't look like he is going to stop. I was annoyed, so I told him politely not to speak loudly. But he shouted at me as well with bad words and said, "did I come to your table and shout". All this time, the restaurant staff were so quiet, and suggested that we shift to another table. But that would not stop us from hearing nonsense. After 5 mins we decided to walk away. The waiter was requesting us to have the food since it was almost ready, but I don't want to eat there with humiliation. Excuse me for the last minute cancellation. But I wanted to write this review to let the hotel management to avoid these unnecessary events which will eventually spoil...

mouthwatering food provided by the Rasikas catering service was so much appreciated by each and every guest present in the housewarming party. Great food along with the comforting hospitality service was truly remarkable. The desserts and all the dishes were tasty and finger licking I was truly mesmerized with taste of every dish present in the event. if you are looking for caterers serving the best of food with notable services, then you should surely check out the Rasikas Catering service. 09/09/2017 Service improving aLot . Taste is awesome . Now it became fastest service today. Very good. Plz keep the same . As for as taste , plz don't miss while crossing Salem on Highway. To day increased Star to 5 from 3 . 07-01-2018 My favorite is Chicken Briyani - Rice quality is awesome and taste matches with Kerala Dum Briyani. Garlic Chicken and Chettinadu Masala Don't miss.

Went again 19.01.2021 after a long time. Now I reconsider giving a rating of 1. I just ordered only one item takeaway Mutton Gravy , with a specific request to add little bit spicy. To my dismay the man at cash counter not even one time told about my preference. Even after I remembered him about spicy, he just nodded his head reluctunt to convey. I might have accepted even its not spicy. He not even bothered to convey the customer's preference to cook. Really...
