Good morning bro ! My first suggestion on billing side !! This kind of attitude will not help for madam. Welcome a customer comes greet them with smile and should handle politely . I understand she is handling the billing side as well as parcel side so she gets more burden and gets tensed so that she gets angry and that reflects on customer . I know your shop more than 15years I know how hardworking people you guys are !! I appreciate that !! And i respect it too . People here coming for your best taste and service brother !! please understand that or put an another person for billing let madam take rest and supervise it or follow token system. Few months back i came to buy idly 5 and 6 vadai I gave money upfront but madam said u should give money only when the parcel arrives later I get a reply saying vadai sold out !! Just think about my situation!! I waited for around 30 min please first take the money and then arrange for parcel if u don't have that menu say upfront atkeast I would get what u guys had !! when u aint get money upfront some might misuse it !! Whrn shout out the parcel he will collect and go ! Without paying !! If the menu is not there check and then get the money brother !! I my self an food blogger I had taken videos of your hotel too u can check on youtube because I myself love the taste of sambhar and chutneys u prepare !!! And make ur employee to wear head hotel bouffant cap and use gloves it will create cleaniness ur shop will get an different perspective from others!! An Aged couples running this hotel with great difficulty in terms of Quality, Pricing and man power too. They can't do improvement in billing section as matter of their own financial safety it seems..
