DON`T GO TO THIS HOTEL I would like to Lodge a Severe Complaint against Hotel Ananda. I RESPECT FOOD I NEVER WASTE FOOD I SERVE FOOD TO POOR this is about Myself. On 6.3.19 Me and my family 4persons went to this Veg.Restaurant for Lunch.Due to HotSummer we chose AC dining and Ordered Meals. Mr.WAITER.NO.17 served His Arrogance along with the Food. He served Poori along with Rice which is including the meals menu. I said that we wont eat Poori for Lunch and and asked him to pack and give it. GRIEVANCE-1: He Arrogantly Said that when you are dining in AC room "WE WILL NOT PACK THE FOOD & GIVE IT and also said THE REASON OF POORI IS SERVING FIRST IS,IF CUSTOMER EAT POORI THEN THEY WILL NOT EAT MORE RICE and VEGETABLES and CUSTOMER WILL NOT ASK ANYTHING AGAIN" So making Customer Eat Less is the Target.But They were Charged Rs.127 per meals and said it was a Special Meals but we did not find Nothing special in the Meal. GRIEVANCE.2 : then i asked,"we are paying money for the food..so its our food..When we were not consuming the whole food,we have rights to pack our remaining food..Otherwise if we leave the remaining food on the plate then The waiter will throw the Food in to the Dustpin..so i said "WE DONT WANT TO WASTE THE FOOD,SO PACK THE POORIES(3nos)and GIVE IT TO ME..and I AM READY TO PAY,IF YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR PACKING ALSO" Waiter arrogantly said, "IF YOU ARE NOT EATING POORIES THEN LEAVE IT AS IT IS ON PLATE, WE WILL PUT IT IN THE DUSTPIN BUT NEVER PACK IT AND GIVE IT" this was made me really upset and i requested him again,"Dont waste food and i paid for that..its my food..and i never allow anyone to waste food" Waiter Rudely Collected those 3poories from me,so that i thought he would pack and give it back to me after the bill settlement. I paid the Bill and asked the Poories.. Waiter.No.17 replied, "WE ALREADY DISPOSED THOSE POORIES,IT's OUR HOTEL RULE" I got very upset and angry and said "THERE ARE MANY POOR PEOPLE ARE LIVING OUTSIDE FOR FOOD.But YOU SAYS THAT YOU PUT THE POORIES IN DUSTPIN..EVEN YOU WASTED FOOD as well as MY MONEY" I shouted and Left. Read moreWorst experience. The waiter , supervisor and cashier all were very rude and stubborn. Pathetic service by Hotel Anandha Madipakkam(Near Axis bank). I went there for lunch since I had to eat vegetarian meals today , Usually I opt nonveg . The meal was okayish , I asked the waiter to serve the keerai kootu little this side of leaf where rice was served since it is hard to drag the liquid state keerai to eat . The waiter dint listen and served far away. I thought he dint listen . When I asked for second time and particularly showed him the space in leaf where it has to be served , he stared at me and told we can't serve over rice , I clearly told him I don't want you to serve it over the rice but little nearby so that I don't have to struggle to eat . He purposely served on the other side of leaf and went away. The supervisor was also stubborn, he told we have a rule and we will serve only like that . That came to me as a shock , customer is not asking for anything extra and just wants where it has to be served . Then I went to cashier to ask for bill since the initial token was taken away by the waiter. He wrote in a cash bill under hotel name and seal . When I enquired him about the issue . He before me completing said , (Naanga apadi tha serve panuvom , yenga owner apadi tha solirkaru ) We will serve like that only and it is told to us by our owner . When I asked why can't they help a customer by taking it as a request , he said Naanga apadi tha vepom mathika maatom ( we will serve like that only and can't change )then ur wish . Read moreIf I had a minus 3 zero star option I would have surely given to the restaurant. I placed an order online thru Zomato around 8.45 pm and the order was accepted and showed preparing status to be delivered by 9.45 pm. At 10 pm I still see the same status. Again at 10.30 I see the same status. But to check I call my Zomato delivery personnel and he says he is waiting, poor fellow had been waiting for 20 min and when I wanted to speak to the restaurant they denied couple of times but finally Zomato personnel insisted to speak to the customer and to my surprise out of the nine items which are readily available like Pongal, sambhar vadai , curd vadai he said there is only one item available which he managed to get and he wanted me to take what is available with them and that too after 2 hours I made the order. Even the street side food vendors are reliable and not this hotel as this is my 3 Rd experience with them like this. Moreover the Zomato customer care is not ready to listen the pain of the customer. I had ordered the food so that my old age parents can have it on time. At 10.30 pm they want me to change the order to some other menu and restaurant. What kind of service is this. Inspite of paying thru Zomato a price which is 30 % more than the actual item price in hotel plus other charges should the customer deserves this. I boycott the hotel plus Zomato where the customer care representative cut the call abruptly without listening to the customer. They have to understand the charges levied to the customer from where they get the salaries. CSE is bound to listen to the customer and if they don't have patience then they should find a different job and Zomato too for other business as this doens't seems to be...
