On Saturday afternoon, May 25th, I ordered Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani via Zomato. The package was really good. The portion was very generous and looked quite enticing. The chicken pieces were large, well-cooked, and very tender. The sides provided were also good. While the rice and masala were decent, I felt that something was missing in terms of flavor. Very Bad experience this time. I ordered a prawn curry and it was hopeless. I think the prawn was spoilt, hence they poured more vinegar and did a fry. Just one mouth I rejected it. My wife was not willing to forego a 190 Rs dish and hence tried some 10% and she had to suffer dysentery sooner. Worst worst worstest customer service. All the servers are using mobiles and not attending the customers at priority. If we asking something, they answering in a very rude way. I have one question ❓. You are providing food at no cost??. We are paying for our food. But you treating customers in very bad way. Especially 2 servers, i don't know their name. No caring towards the customers ....
