Neat, clean and well maintained place to hang out. Restroom was clean. If u get in there in the late evenings then u will end up in my having very few snack options. Ambience was quiet and soothing. Apart from the caffeine beverage you get variety of no caffeine drinks too. A bit costly but you get to enjoy every sip of your drink. Variety of coffee blends available to choose for yourself. So that you can enjoy your own coffee at home. Spacious car parking is there. Follows all covid 19 protocol strictly. The barista pride drink is a must try. You will enjoy that and thank your barista for sure. Over all a very good experience for me. I am now in love with Starbucks..

Less crowded place. Very spacious and comfortable place for small business and friendly meetings. You get Starbucks signature varieties of coffee here. Veg and Non Veg snacks available. They are keeping the place clean. Mask is essential while ordering. The place is organised with social distancing in mind. Nice ambiance, Friendly Staffs. Parking space is on the platform only.

Of all the Starbucks in Chennai, I'll have to rate this one the least next to the Airport one and Marina Mall. The food is fab, however the staff and their customer service just sucks. Ample parking space, no great collection of merch, good food and drink quality. Hit it, if it's closer to you.

Of all the Starbucks in Chennai, I'll have to rate this one the least next to the Airport one and Marina Mall. The food is fab, however the staff and their customer service just sucks. Ample parking space, no great collection of merch, good food and drink quality. Hit it, if it's closer to you.

A note for STABUCKS Brand from a fan - Please don't open any more Starbucks in Chennai. It's not worth it. I used to love Starbucks and have been there so many times in so many different cities. But I started hating Starbucks after I moved to Chennai. The people working in all Starbucks Chennai outlets are unprofessional and they have zero knowledge whatsoever about the customer's request or type of coffee he/she wants. I have tried each and every Starbucks present in every corner of Chennai. I can say, it's not worth going to any Starbucks other than Bergamo Mall and Palazzo Mall. It's just a waste of had earned money. I have been disappointed countless times. So frustrated with all the outlets that I prefer going to Bergamo Mall which is 31km far from my place instead of Marina Mall and ECR which are really close to me. PLEASE CHANGE THE STAFF OR TEACH THEM...

After a long tiring day of roaming Chennai was tired and went to the nearby Starbucks and it was exr Starbucks the ambience was good but the barista who was taking my order just destroyed the whole athmosphere and made every second over there uncomfortable the barista was continuously peeking his head all the way looking at me continuously his name was sudhakar he wasn't hygenic or how any one should work over there , I felt very bad as he came all the way up to me to grab my number please understand that customers come into shops like these to find peace don't create mental pressure but he food was up to the mark . And yes just by that one guy sudhakar behaviour even my friends don't visit...

Im a fan of Starbucks and this review might look biased. It's a neat, clean and well maintained place to hang out. Restroom was maintained clean. I visited here late evning but still have a lot of snack options. Ambience was quiet and soothing.

A lot of caffeine and non caffeine beverage options availble here.

Variety of coffee blends available to choose for yourself. So that you can enjoy your own coffee at home.

Car parking: I was bit confused where to park. But it has a huge car parking space just beside the coffee shop

The barista pride drink is a must try. You will enjoy that and thank your barista for sure. Over all a very good experience for me. I am now in love...
