Pizza Hut | ECR Palavakkam, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This is to bring to your notice about poor service and treatment at Pizza Hut Palavakkam on March 24th evening. We ordered 1 unlimited veg pizza and a sweet corn pizza at 8.15 PM and got them for dine in at 8.30 PM. Once i completed the veg pizza I requested for next one at 8.45 PM. People who were sitting around us who had ordered for next pizza after us had started getting the next ones for serving but till 9.15PM there was no update for us then i visited the bill counter and told them the scenario and all were like what to do ?? I told them this is not the 1st time I’m facing this kind of experience. Then they asked me to wait for 5mins so they could get next pizza. I got the next pizza around 9.25 PM and the crust was not cooked fully and couldn’t be eaten. Till 9.25 I was not given beverages which was part of the unlimited pizza, i asked one of the agent in the store for beverage and she told will get it shortly. But we waited for another 10mins nothing came to our table, crowd was not there in the store. After that I walked out of the store in disappointment, then i could hear that agent asking others if they served any beverage for me no one answered and they started to do their work. This is the 2nd time I’m facing this issue. Before 6months the same store we dine in for dinner on Friday same unlimited pizza but after the first pizza was served there was no one to check if we needed anything , then i walked in and asked to provide the 2nd pizza but there was no update for long time. My wife and myself we decided to walk out, a sweeper who was cleaning up asked us why are leaving sir i dint see you eating up much and since it was unlimited pizza order. I told her we waited for long time to get the next pizza but no one came to our table for anything so we are highly disappointment so leaving the store. She told us sorry and asked if she can check with someone inside the kitchen, we told not required and walked off. Similar experience we faced 2days back. If the staff can’t serve as per the requirement please stop the unlimited plans. Because the people around us were having beverages and the agent who served them continuously dint even offer us the beverage we asked for. Highly disappointed with the store and won’t return back to this place again !! Pathetic service and...

The garlic bread that came along with the pasta WAS YUUUM. Absolutely loved it , but otherwise Very average, pasta seemed under boiled and too creamy. The pizza's bottom layer as you can see was uneven. I really didn't like it. The quality has fallen and wasn't even half of what the other branches stand for. They had a good offer of buy one get one free Medium Pizza and we went ahead with that. I had immense stomach pain after finishing the meal. I took the left over home (not packed well - you can see the pizza was popping out) and I had the rest three slices the next day only to get stomach pain again. Just a tip, Please don't ask us to fill in an URL with our customer ID etc, I really don't think that is a viable or effective way of attaining reviews , instead you can ask us to fill a form before...

Excellent Service & Delicious Food at Pizza Hut ECR, Chennai!

Had a fantastic dine-in experience today (23 June 2025) at the Pizza Hut located on East Coast Road, Palavakkam. From the moment I walked in, the service was absolutely top-notch. Special thanks to Poornima, the cashier and staff on duty — she was extremely polite, professional, and ensured everything was served perfectly.

I ordered the Buy 1 Get 3 Delight Non-Veg Pizza, Garlic Bread Stix, and Cheezy Sprinkled Fries — all were fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The pizza was cheesy and loaded with toppings, and the garlic bread was perfectly crisp.

Clean ambiance, quick service, and a very welcoming vibe. Highly recommend this outlet if you’re looking for a reliable and enjoyable Pizza Hut experience on ECR. Will definitely...
