From the first spoonful of the exquisite ‘Lung fung’ ( meaning Dragon Phoenix!) soup, a flavor fiesta danced on my tongue, to the warm greeting by the restaurant's warrior ‘guardian angels’ at the entrance, we were embraced with a genuine sense of VIP.
With the precision of a well-rehearsed orchestra, the staff, under the baton of the attentive captain, cleared plates in the blink of an eye, offered assistance with portioning vegetables and anticipated our every need before it even arose. Their trained professionalism shone through, creating a symphony of comfort and ease that perfectly complemented the authentic and value-driven culinary journey.
This restaurant is more than just a place to eat; it's an experience. A symphony of taste, service and ambiance that leaves you feeling thoroughly satisfied and deeply content. It's like coming home without the need for words, a welcome rarely found elsewhere.
Highly recommended: the Lung fung soup, a revelation for the palate, and dumplings with skin thin enough to whisper secrets. And might I add, this taste of authentic Chinese cuisine, prepared by non-Chinese hands, surpasses many high-priced, Chinese-run establishments I've visited. A true gem!

Read moreI’ve dined mainly in the Alwarpet Branch, so as a fan of Mainland China, got to dine here when coming on the ECR stretch- that’s what the place normally attracts, travellers using the highway. It’s better than most fast food outlets you find on the long road
Tried the Pan Fried BBQ Fish which has become my favourite dish from here- the fish is sweet and nutty and has an umami kick to it while not compromising on the flavour of the fish. Only doubt is it really pan fried, it was way too crispy for that.
It went well with the noodles, but the veg manchurian or whatever that one was, veg patty in some sauce, was very mid. The veg mains here really fall behind the meat, my natural feeling in Chinese places generally.
But the service was really the issue. I get that we went quite late, half an hour or a bit more before closing but it was quite crowded. The servers however were rude and were very pushy towards the end when trying to close. I don’t blame them entirely but it didn’t feel very hospitable as an experience in the end.
Prolly not the best branch for the place but a handy option...
Read moreFirst i will start with ambience - environment was cool, nice and clean. It has good parking facilities and can hold around 10+ cars and 60+ bikes space as it is located along with multiple businesses.
The Menu is Chinese theme ( obviously it's Mainland China) and names in menu card are relates with Chinese name but can understandable as most of it we have tasted in local Chinese fastfood.
We ordered dumplings, noodles and chicken sticks for our dinner... Taste wise yeah it was good but not as much as anticipated. The cost of foods were relatively high (around 60% more than usual Chinese foods). Also the preparation time was too late, it was not only for us but all customers visited during our time. Order management and delivery of the food is the main aspect and high expectations of any customer.
It was our bad luck, since we got our food after 40 mins from the time we ordered.
I would rate for quality - 3/5 Quantity - 4/5 Rate - 2/5 😏
Recommendations - 1 time advisable both for family and...
