Subway — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I ordered food through Zomato but then I am not satisfied with the veg sandwich and potato wedges combo which came the food quality wasn't upto the mark of usual subway outlets and i also tried to reach out to resturant but they attended my call and said that they would cooking the potato wedges in the morning and would heat it and deliver it to customer when they ask it seems and the manner in they responded sounded way unprofessional. They also picked up my call after calling them continuously for 6 times.

There's no reasoning with animals. There's a very high possibility that management has changed and the staff has been replaced. For the past one week, they have been adding onions inside the subwraps despite me clearly mentioning it in the special instructions of the Swiggy app and I have been compensated 4 TIMES in the past week alone.
