Absolutely terrible experience. We purchased a large quantity of products and requested help to carry them to my vehicle, but we were met with extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior from the staff. As customers of Uyir for about 5 years, this was completely unacceptable. It’s clear that the staff have received zero training and have no regard for basic customer service or decency. No matter how natural the products are, this level of incompetence and disrespect will drive customers away. We are genuinely disappointed and will think twice before ever returning to this place that clearly couldn’t care less about its customers. I visited this shop to buy Jaggery and Jaggery powder. There are lot more items that useful to our day today life. They have millets like samai, varagu, thenai, ragu, solam ( all types), and many & rice like karuppu Kavuni rice, red rice, and many. They have A2 milk and Country chicken Egg. There are organic vegetables and fruits available. They do have health mix, toothpaste & powder, Soap, scrub for bath, brush. Also they have healthy snacks which are prepared from millets, rice, peanut and many. In overall there is no product seems unhealthy here.
