Venkateshwara Boli Stall — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have going to this place right from it started as a competition for Venkataramana Boli Stall about 25 years ago. Though there were quite a few were competing, this place stands out for it's quality and standards.

Until recently, they were focussing only on taste - not giving importance to the appearance but off late, they have revamped the menu & renovated the place completely. It gives a new, clean look to the place. It caters to wider range of customers now.

They have not compromised the taste which is appreciative. The hygiene factor is given importance now.

Now, the only area where I feel there is room for lots of improvement is 'customer service'.

I have noticed that workers there not treating the customers with utmost respect that they deserve. I saw one customer leave right in front of my eyes as they were not treated well. When I brought to the cashier's notice, he pretended as if nothing went wrong!

They definitely need to work on this area otherwise, they will meet the same fate as other stores with 'Venkateshwara' brand name.

Edited Aug 15-2023: I went on a cycle to buy snacks here. I parked my cycle outside. There was a security person who handles two wheeler parking. When I came out of the shop, I was stunned to see my cycle. The handlebar was fully twisted in the opposite direction, not able to move the stand, on top of it, my new rear side red light is missing which cost Rs.900. I asked the security person, he said he didn't know anything. When I told him that I wanted to check the CCTV, then immediately he handed over my cycle red light that too in broken condition. Utter worst behaviour. I complained to the shop keeper to be alert with that security person. Please be alert especially if you are going in two wheeler or cycle...

Will surely stop here whenever i pass this way. All the snacks here are just yummy. Seeing the crowd come here you can know that even without getting anything. Taste and see how good it is - completely applies here. Crowd is controlled will by the security guy. He does not allow too many people inside at a time. Add people come out, he send few more in. Without mask you are not allowed inside. Staff are very friendly and work quickly to meet the needs of all the customers. Everything is well stocked constantly and those that have to be hot will be hot while you order. Everything is fresh. Not one item will be stale. Each item is so yummy and do give this place a try while you are...
