I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vilwadri Amirtham, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Terrible discrimination with rude attitude and ridiculous treatment by both the owner and the employees.

We were two families (8 people) with kids who went for a get together. We were asked to wait for 15 minutes to get an 8 seater table. The occupants of the table were may be important to the owner and we were asked not to stand near the table and made to sit outside. Order was taken in parallel but our kids became restless and hungry. We chose to split into two tables and to start with the soup.

But when they started serving us all at the same time (soup, parota, dosa) we requested them if this was the way to eat (parota with soup)

The owner started to react in an arrogant manner and said “You don’t tell how I should run my hotel”

We didn’t want to screw up our gathering and continued to eat. But they had plans to irritate us in all ways

They said the items we ordered were over For phulka they made us to wait for fifteen minutes The serving people started shouting at each other mentioning our dissatisfaction The employees were probably asked to stare and talk about us

Irrespective of the food being good, I was shocked to experience hardcore “some” discrimination in 2023 !!!

Be little professional/polite while serving food. It is business however it should have some hospitality and more importantly humanity

It's suppliers paradise, customers hell. Selecting a seat , you are at the behest of those Suppliers. I had an disrespecting experience on 11.04.2024 evening 7.30 pm. We selected a seat, asked two waiters whether service available on that table, and both confirmed and allowed s to sit. After we sat, one lady waiter came , we were asked to get up as they were reserved seats, all 8 seats were reserved. After we changed seats as per their command, some other two persons were allowed to sit in the same place, though they are not the one who reserved it. It's a discrimination among the customers , which is totally disappointing, since I didn't expected from Vilwathri Amirtham. Food should not only fill the stomach ,but also should create postive mindset to the consumer and fill the heart as well.

I asked sambar, which was not served by the lady waiter till I complete the food on my plate, after a long time she came to my table for billing ,and I asked why it was not served, she simply in a casual manner told, she had sent through some one to serve which has not reached my table.

We took that dinner with so much negative energy, and we decided not to go back again in our lifetime . It's my personal experience they...
