I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Wow Momos DLF branch. Firstly, the momos were completely uncooked, which is unacceptable for a restaurant specializing in this dish. To make matters worse, the items I ordered didn’t match what was delivered—adding to the frustration.
When I approached customer support to address these issues, their response was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the matter, they behaved dismissively, showing no regard for customer satisfaction.

First piece of momo was fine for both. When I had the second piece i sensed it was vegetarian. Both of us stopped there. When I examined my friends second piece, it was a non veg one. Totally irresponsible from the staff side, when queried they made it sound as it was no big deal. They refunded the bill at the end after argument.
Chicken momo, though cooked had raw taste still. Believe they have been refrigerated for very long.
