Haiku, The Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Telangana

We were a team of 8 people from work who decided to have lunch on a Friday at this restaurant. We ordered Thai cooler, Elderberry, Haiku tea, Pineapple juice with sparking water for mocktails and a number of appetiser dishes both veg and non veg. Everything was amazing. The sushis were fresh, the black pepper chicken is delicious. We also ordered veg starters with veggies and a turnip dish, they were liked by all. We were so full with our appetizers, we ordered a Thai curry and Balinese curry with jasmine rice for main course and they were delicious. Seemed very authentic. Our server was Mimin who educated us on the dishes very well, he is very knowledgeable of the menu which was very helpful. Anil, the manager made sure that all reservations and the experience was top notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a lip smacking menu and superlative service and experience. I would certainly be back with my family and more colleagues in future as it’s perfect for both office parties and celebrations with family....

Food was good and that’s about it. The service sucks. For one, when my daughter wanted a physical menu, they said they don’t have one. Her phone wasn’t getting mobile connection so she asked for WiFi, and they said they don’t have it. What’s wrong with these people? Since when did Hyderabad go so digital that people are treated like Neanderthals for trying to take a look at the menu… get off your high horse guys…oh, btw, when it was time to pay the bill and GPay wasn’t working, miraculously the WiFi was available they gave the password.

Oh, she was trying to take a picture with her film camera and the waitress says absolutely no digital camera but iPhone is okay… what is wrong with these people… how is a film camera not okay but iPhone is okay? Do you only cater to customers with iPhone… if it’s any consolation for you, im writing this review on an iPhone and I hope you are happy to know that your reviewers use iPhone. You must...
