Read moreWe visited Ocean park recently. Prices are little high Adult - 600 Child - 450 (upto 4'6") Child - Free(upto 2'6") Note: They will measure height at the ticket counter
I am adding photos of prices and list of rides.. In those rides two are under maintenance and few are not as expected. In water rides - pendulum is under maintenance.
They have only two official websites, added photo for this one as well.
Food and beverages: First of all they will not allow outside food. Food inside the park is below average, They have one fast food center (there is no special veg section in fast food counter) and one veg thali section counter. Coming to water and beverages, they are charging more than actual price.. For cool drinks they are charging 15rs extra.. 1 litre water bottle is 30rs.. when I asked him about the extra charge he shown me the printed price label on the bottle i.e.,30rs. I was shocked by seeing that price. You will get local water bottles which you will never see outside of this park. It is better to carry water/ Buttermilk/ watermelon.
Dress & Locker Room: For water rides Nylon dress is mandatory You will get Nylon dress in the park for rent.. Charges for dress is 300rs(200 refundable deposit+ 100 rent) for one pair. Tube is available for children, price is same as dress 300rs (100 rent+ 200 deposit) Locker price is 200rs (100 Rent+ 100 Deposit) It is better to carry cash for the above mentioned facilities.
My advice is to carry your own Nylon dress and tube, if you have children
They will accept Debit and Credit Cards at Ticket Counter.. UPI transfer available at food counter.
As it is oldest amusement park don't expect everything will be like perfect. Overall it is nice...
Read moreWe had an absolutely horrible experience. The maintenance was pathetic, with very unhygienic kitchen premises. Despite multiple requests, they did not allow outside food.
We were a group of 10, including 5 children aged 5-6 years. We understand that most parks have policies against bringing outside food or re-entry after stepping out, so our initial plan was to have lunch inside the park. However, we were deeply upset by the poor maintenance, the stinky kitchen environment, and the sight of unclean utensils and cooking oil that looked more like diesel.
We requested the management for over 20 minutes to allow us to take the children outside for lunch at a nearby restaurant, but they flatly denied re-entry if we stepped out. The management was extremely rude and dismissive, implying that no matter how unhygienic the food and kitchen were, the children should still eat there. Their lack of concern for the health and well-being of the children was shocking and completely unacceptable. It was an extremely disappointing experience, and I strongly recommend not even thinking about visiting this place.
P.S. We visited Ocean Park only because Wonderla was very crowded that day due to multiple school vacations. Visiting Ocean Park was never part of the plan, as we were aware of its age and poor maintenance. However, the staff’s behavior still managed...
