Starbucks — Restaurant in Telangana

Very bad experience. The staff was borderline rude. I had a pick up order and couldn’t climb the stairs due to a leg injury. The guys refused to just walk 10 steps from the counter and two steps down the stairs to give the order in my car. I didn’t argue and just went to the counter and when I reach there to take my order, there wasn’t a customary smile on the face nor a “here’s your order sir”. The guy simply just handed the shake in my hand and stared at me coldly. DAF, they don’t even lift their phone up until 3-4 times of dialing. This I say as the store has only one other customer and perhaps half a dozen staff....

I & my husband came here to grab a post dinner coffee. While paying for my coffee, the server read that I like chai at the back of my phone cover. All the staff were very friendly, smiling and prompt even while it was almost their closing hour.

After placing our order, we sat down and within 10 minutes, we were not only served with the cold coffee that we ordered, the staff surprised us with a hot cup of delicious cinnamon tea. My favourite Starbucks in the city by a stretch. Apart from the undisturbed location that it is located at, this establishment is decked by a team of spirited Baristas. It is a delight talking to Asna every time I visit. She is that one rare employee willing to go beyond ordinary to ensure her clients have a delightful experience. Truly commendable to find such passion in an otherwise cut-throat world.
