I recently visited Harley’s Fine Baking at Shamshabad Airport and would like to share my experience regarding the air conditioning at the outlet.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning during my visit, which made the environment extremely hot and uncomfortable. Given the airport’s usual hustle and the warm climate, effective air conditioning is essential for ensuring a pleasant experience for customers. The heat significantly affected the comfort of my visit and made it difficult to enjoy the offerings of the café.

I kindly request that the air conditioning issue be addressed promptly to maintain the high standards expected from an establishment like Harley’s Fine Baking. Ensuring a cool and comfortable environment will greatly enhance the customer experience.

Harley’s is known for their baking around Hyderabad now and hold a significant place in the minds of semi-premium bakes for their occasions.

I like the chocolate and biscoff cakes here and have ordered in multiple times on birthdays and other celebrations.

This particular outlet seems to be established to target premium bunch of customers as they operate on higher costs and offer food at higher prices which is justified.

They are squeaky clean most of the times I‘ve visited here and offer most of the varieties.

It is a 24 hour outlet but timings might be relaxed between the employee shifts and airport rush.

They operate on a comparatively small scale to other outlets but offer Good taste.
