Bamboo Shoot — Restaurant in Thane

I often order chinese from Swiggy and Zomato and i was bored from ordering chinese from the same outlets and hence i ordered food from Bamboo Shoot and it proved to be the best decision. Before we start with a food review, i would like to call out the personalization touch given by the Bamboo Shoot team, i was pleasantly surprised when i saw the personalized note along with the order. It's not common for restaurants to send notes and hence when i received one i was happy and excited. This is really a great strategy to engage with consumers which can actually encourage them to personally visit the restaurant and enjoy their hospitality.

Now coming to the food, it was delicious. My mother never liked the chinese as she always felt that rice is not 100% cooked but this time she loved this as roce was fully cooked and all the spices were perfect. Not too much spicy n not too bland, just the perfect mix. Both quality and quantity are top notch. And believe me if she loved your dish that means you have done some amazing job. So kudos to you! I ordered via Zomato, but there were issues with the delivery agent. The restuarant called me and made it very easy for me by delivering the food themselves, also at a discounted price. Not only that, but their service was very courteous, when I asked about payment, they said "first have your food madam" such amazing hospitality knowing that the delivery was very late through no fault of their own. We had ordered Veg Chopper rice today for the first time from the restaurant and it was amazing after a long time had such great Chinese food . We usually dont eat the gravy as its usually watery at many place but to my surprise the gravy was thick and tasty with many veggies Lots of vegetables and perfect cooked rice !!
