Extremely rude people work at this franchise of Bikaner. They cannot understand how Paytm/Phonepe payment work. Inspite of informing & showing proof of amount deduction from my bank account to the guy at the counter he kept arguing and threatened me that he won't give me food unless he gets the money. Apparently they use union bank and hence the payment took 1/2 an hour to credit their account. He was of the opinion that unless they receive money they won't give you products you purchased from them. No matter what proofs you show them they won't budge. They used that 1/2 an hour to embarrass and humiliate me in front of other customers. After 1/2 they did recieve the money but there was no apology from them. They felt more like uneducated crooks who were transported from villages to cities for work.
