Skyline the terrace cafe — Restaurant in Thane

Hello, as I'm resident of thane. I personally giving the suggestion of this cafe, that this is not well for anyone. Personal experience sharing with you guys that when it comes to weeknend they prefer there regular customer priority. Even though you come in a number of people they doesn't matter. They will only say that we take first come first serve. But in real it won't work. The guy who stand outside the cafe. Is very rude. Which is not good. I believe they have to do the business and in this business service man should have manners. Personally suggest to all, kindly don't go to the cafe. And even if you go then don't wait for the table. It won't work. As I personally experience for 1.5 hour waited. As they said will inform. But later they prefer for number wise people if the table is vacant. Better to go yeur, kolshet, balkum...

The place is a nice hookah hub open till around 4:00 AM. Sometimes there is problem related to hookah and sometimes they don’t even serve you hookah. You can get your drinks for a nominal charge and food is to die for. Food is really tasty and up to the mark. Service is however too slow, they are unable to manage a small crowd on weekdays. Now they have stopped serving hookah due to restrictions. Moreover its an open rooftop place and can be avoided in summer as 5 tables share a single table fan which usually ends up with a not so good conversation between tables. Winter is awesome to enjoy here. They have screen for IPL. Live music on saturdays, the singers are quite entertaining. Parking is an issue. Lastly if you arrive bit late you can be denied entry not sure of the reason even though tables are empty...

I Don't want to give even a single star but for review i have to DO. Very disappointed by their service.... Today it was my friend's bday and they were very disappointed on me bcoz of skyline service as i suggested them for the afternoon lunch. First we waiting for 45 mins to open the cafe later there was no fan available for us and we have to sit in the hot outside and they were not allowing us to sit in the AC area bcoz workers were sleeping in that room and after we pleased them for 10 mins they allowed us to sit.This was not the end After that there was no food available no drinks available and we asked them to arrange for us they said we have to go and bring food and drinks or else we have do Zomato and we have to pay extra charges for outside food... Their service in the afternoon...
