My recent visit to Blue Tokai Coffee left me with mixed feelings. While the black coffee was commendable, I was disappointed by the overly sweet Vietnamese iced coffee. The service provided by the staff was subpar, as they seemed untrained and incapable of explaining or helping customers understand the various coffee blends and beans available to choose from.

One aspect that stood out positively was the location and ambience of the establishment. It was conveniently situated, making it a suitable option for individuals looking to work or attend meetings in a café setting. Additionally, the presence of a washroom was appreciated.

However, I must emphasize that Blue Tokai Coffee falls short when it comes to delivering a truly satisfying café experience. The lack of proper customer service and the inability to guide patrons through the coffee selection process detracted from the overall enjoyment. It is essential for a coffeehouse to have staff who are knowledgeable and able to assist customers in making informed choices.

Very good location for a very good cafe brand, but coffee was not good! 😞

I experienced blue tokai coffee roasters several times in other places. Though my first experience at their newly opened Thane was not up to the mark. I would definitely visit them soon to improve my dinning experience.

The place is quite nicely done. It’s spacious and can accommodate good number of people. Steer level parking options are available. It majorly caters to the corporate and residential community of upscale Hiranandini estate.

I ordered for take out. Billing was normal. Food preparation was done hygienically but coffee didn’t taste good. Staff were properly dressed but it appeared their training has not been done properly. Some people dining there were served their coffee in take away and vice a versa.

I usually order hot coffee. This time around I wanted to have cold coffee. They offered two options - iced cappuccino and iced latte. I opted for iced latte. I could realise that it was not cold coffee and didn’t taste good. People looking for good plain old cold coffee may want to check before ordering.
