I organized my daughter's first birthday event at this venue, and I have to say that the overall experience was fantastic. The ambiance, food, and arrangements exceeded my expectations. They offer a wide range of packages and options to choose from. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the delectable food prepared by the talented chef Narayan Salunke, and Vishnu, the operational manager, provided excellent support throughout the event.

However, I did have a slight disappointment when (event coordinator lady), just three days prior to the event, requested a 50,000 deposit from my event manager. Although, they did not take the deposit as it was her fault she did not inform us from the beginning. Ideally, this should have been clarified and settled from the beginning, as it is a common practice in such situations.

In addition, I found it inconvenient that the banquet hall did not have a changing room. This could have been a useful amenity for the guests. Furthermore, we had initially (before payment) agreed upon a time slot from 4 to 11, but at the last moment, this lady informed me that they could only provide the room for 4 hours due to higher occupancy. This sudden change was completely unacceptable, especially at such a late stage of the planning process. Naturally, we were disappointed by these last-minute surprises.

Nevertheless, I must commend the chef and the operational team for their outstanding work, which contributed to the overall success of the event.

After the review, this lady called me and instead of acknowledging that she failed to provide important information from the beginning. Instead, she began justifying her actions towards me. It was distressing to learn about the security deposit and room arrangements only three days before the event, causing me considerable trauma. Moreover, rather than accepting responsibility, she now says, "But, I didn't take the security deposit." It is frustrating that she engages in a one-way conversation, disregarding my attempts to speak. If I had known I would be dealing with individuals like her, I would have never chosen to work with them. I mean seriously, if the marketing manager at Planet Hollywood expects me to appreciate her coordination (which is her duty) and later providing crucial information just three days before my event after I've made the payment, then it's an emphatic NO!

This conversation has deeply irritated me, leading me to the decision that I will never book another event at this venue. Furthermore, I cannot recommend it to anyone else. Instead, for my future business events, I would rather opt for other 5-star venues or premium banquets, as they align better with my expectations and requirements than...

A Truly Exceptional Experience !!

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 5-star hotel for an extended period of two months, and I cannot speak highly enough of the Staff there. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, the level of service provided by the staff we nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail, hospitality, and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly top-notch and set this hotel apart. The Staff were very efficient and professional but also friendly and accommodating. Chef Pankaj deserves special recognition for his amazing culinary creations made each mean a delightful experience. From the presentation to the flavors, every dish was a testament to the chef's skill and dedication. Those rooms were not just a place to stay but a haven of neatness and order. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a first-class experience. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for making this hotel feel like a home. If you are like that, Satish Sir is the go-to person. The Experience and knowledge he has in the fitness field is unparalleled. He was kind enough to tailor the workouts to my specific needs making every session not only effective but also educational. His friendly demeanor and encouragement pushed me beyond my limits and the results were truly transformative. In addition to challenging and diverse workout routines, he also spent time educating me on form, posture, and nutrition. This has left a lasting impact on my lifestyle. A Truly Exceptional...

Sanam (my wife) and I recently got married at Planet Hollywood, Thane. We searched for venues throughout Thane and surrounding areas and found Planet Hollywood to be the perfect venue for our needs of an intimate wedding. We worked with Ms. Sheetal, who is the manager at PH and she and her team were very helpful and understood all our needs and were always available to answer any queries/needs we had. Our wedding was a Tamil- Sindhi wedding and they went out of their way to help fulfill all our needs.

We’d like to thank Mr. Sanjay Gurbani, who was responsible for all the arrangements including the mandap, lighting, decorations, music and for the additional things that are specifically needed for each of our wedding rituals like Jhoola, flower chaddar etc. He was very polite, responsive, and extremely accommodative to anything we requested. He ensured that our set up for the wedding and reception were all on time and had good suggestions for decorations. Everything was beautiful and was exactly what we were hoping for, and we highly recommend him.

A special shoutout to Mr. Vishnu, who was the F and B (Food and Beverages) Coordinator. He and his team did an amazing job coordinating the minutest details of each aspect of our wedding. He was available at any time of the day for any last-minute requests that we had, and he made sure everything went smoothly.

A special thanks to Mr Mayuresh (the head chef), Mr. Loganathan and the rest of the catering team at PH. We wanted a Kerala brahmin Sadhya and a north Indian buffet for our wedding lunch for our guests. The team was well experienced in the north Indian style buffet, but this was their first attempt at the Sadhya, and they did a great job with the food, service and took all our recommendations. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed the lunch. Our reception dinner was also exquisite, and all the guests were in awe of the amazing food provided by PH catering team.

Overall, both our families were very happy with everything, and we all had a fun and a memorable wedding. We loved the banquet halls, the hotel rooms and are thankful for all the staff. We highly recommend Planet Hollywood as a...
