We indulged in a variety of delectable dishes, each prepared with care and precision. The Crab Rangoon Soup was a standout, with its rich broth and flavorful crab filling. The Chicken Lung Fung Soup was another highlight, brimming with tender chicken and aromatic spices. For appetizers, we savored the Chicken Butter Garlic Momos, perfectly steamed and drizzled with a creamy garlic sauce. The Spicy Corriander Chicken was another flavorful delight, with its bold spices and tender chicken. The main course was equally impressive. The Ming Oriental Chicken Sizzler arrived sizzling on a hot plate, with succulent chicken stir-fried with vegetables and drizzled with a savory sauce. The Chicken Fried Rice was also a hit, with fluffy rice and flavorful chicken.

While the food was exceptional, the service was a bit slow, especially on a Sunday. We found ourselves having to flag down the waitstaff for our orders. However, the cozy ambiance of the restaurant made up for the slow service.

We have been to this place multiple times because of their food. But this time it was horrific experience.. I will never suggest this place to anyone..

They did 5 big mistakes at the same day..

1. We ordered veg dishes and delivered nonveg... My friends were hard core vegetarians and I clearly mentioned to the waiter. This time we adjusted and accepted that it happens..

2. Once we realized they messed all orders. I called waiter and confirmed the order again. But he messed it further

3. After 30mins they just delivered only nonveg curry no rice. When I ordered pot rice. I asked waiter he said it's coming... it didn't come for 20mins..

4. All this time we were waiting with 2 small hungry kids and entire family. I called that guy manager/owner to understand whats happening. So far we all were not angry and adjusting what ever they did.

5)The manager came instead of saying sorry he started arguing... and did not say any apology and behaved very badly. Same time the waiter got veg order and served in nonveg plates.. 2 of us were nonveg and 2 were veg.

I am not expecting that customer should be treated as kings.. but he should have treated as humans.. he shouted at me and said why you are so hyper.

Yes i was hyper because they can't mess it so bad and lie to me that i gave the wrong order. I was very angry.. but my friend talked to him and made him understand that was his mistake. Still he didnot say sorry or accept mistake.. this is not the place where some one should put their money.

The problem can be easly solved when the guy came to us and say "Sorry".

But this guy is always like this. I have seen his attitude earlier also but that was with another client that time also he miss behaved wiyh them. But thats not my problem. But this guy should understand business ethics...

BTW i am not expecting a sorry message from these...

Ming Ching Chinese located near Green Acres phase 1 serves Chinese, Seafood and Sichuan Cuisines. It has 2 sitting options well suited for family as well as for huge groups. I was served very well the staff was polite and courteous and assisted me to choose from various food options. The ambiance was well lit and they have live match screening on TV as well. I was welcomed with Kokam juice . The overall presentation of food with Vegetables decorations was really presentable.

I ordered following -

MOCKTAILS -

1. Guava Cooler - The Mocktail tasted really good and had a sweet and sour tangy taste with a hint of salty and spicy zing .
2. Sunrise Season - This Mocktail was a fusion of pomegranate and orange. It had a sweet and soothing flavour.

STARTERS -

1. Stir Fried Sriracha Cottage Cheese - This is a cottage cheese paneer fried in the sriracha sauce and sautéed with bell pepper and garnished with spring onions. The paneer was really luscious and soft that it melted in the mouth. Its a must try for Vegetarian starters.

2. Chilli Chicken - Very well cooked chicken fried in the garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum salted in the Soya sauce. It was medium spicy and mouth watering .

Main Course -

1. Mings ’s Oriental Paneer Sizzlers - This is one of the best sizzler I had in veg. The quantity Is good enough for two people . It had Stir fried vegetables , potato fries, paneer Sizzlers ,paneer momos and special gravy to add on it .

Desert -

1. Sizzling Brownie with Ice Cream - The brownie was really soft and chocolaty and the vanilla Ice cream with chocolate syrup added on it makes it one of my all time favourite desert to try. My overall experience was really amazing at Ming Ching Chinese and I would definitely visit it more oftenly ans recommend all readers to visit as well.
