Upon entering this particular Dominoâs outlet, I was not greeted by the familiar, comforting aroma of baked dough and bubbling cheeseâbut rather by the stench of neglect and managerial apathy.
The cash register screen? Non-functional. My order and bill amount might as well have been decided by a roll of dice. For a global brand, having no online payment facility is not just outdatedâitâs unacceptable. I had to hand over my phone to the store manager to complete payment. If you're wondering how personal data leaks happen, look no further.
As for the managerâs excuse: âIâm new here so I donât know.â A statement more befitting a schoolchild caught drawing on the walls than someone responsible for customer service and hygiene.
And speaking of wallsâdusty, grimy, with an air of abandonment. The tables wore their previous patronsâ crumbs like battle scars. The soap dispenser was empty, the wash basin stained, and the hand dryer caked in dust, like an artifact forgotten in time.
The hygiene level? Unfit for any kind of food service. I wouldnât trust this location to make a cup of water, let alone pizza.
Dominoâs, consider this your wake-up call. If the quality control team isnât horrified, they ought to be replaced. This outlet isn't just failingâit's actively dragging your global brand through the mud, crust-first.

Placed an order for pizza and some side dishes, the order was delivered very fast. In the first slice of pizza, I found 2 hairs so I called Dominoâs Store and informed them about this issue, very promptly Mr. Manager offered to replace the pizza and I refused the offer and asked for a refund in the original payment method.
Initially, he denied to refund stating that post order delivery he cannot refund the amount and after a discussion of a few more minutes the call ended. A few minutes later Mr. Manager called me from a different number presumably his personal number and said he will initiate the refund and he is sending someone to collect the pizza and I agreed to the same. After almost half an hour Mr. Vishal from the store came to collect the pizza and I handed him the pizza along with other remaining side dishes. But to date, this is no update on the refund.
Raised 2 services request, but till now no response from Dominos's @Dominoâs improve the standard of this store or close it, rating of this store itself suggest the quality standard maintained...

The app was useless and so was the customer service. The first agent I spoke to had no clue what was going on and shockingly claimed he'd never heard of Dominoâs famous 30-minute delivery guarantee. Seriously?
Called again after 30 minutes and got connected to Shadabâjust as clueless. He said their system showed the pizza was already deliveredânews to me, since I was still hungry. No resolution, no apology, just confusion. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was connected to someone named Deepak who was equally lost and completely incompetent. When I asked to cancel the order and unlock the promo code, I was told the code can't be reused. So basically, no food, no refund, no helpâand my promo code is gone.
Dominoâs, if you can't deliver food or basic customer service, shut shop. This was an absolute disaster. Never ordering again....
