KFC — Restaurant in Thane

I placed an order through online KFC app as the outlets (MK plaza in Sai nagar Thane) online payment machines were not working. They asked me to download the KFC app and place the order through the app and collect the order. I confirmed the address from the staff I confirmed everything before placing the order. After placing the order the amount got debited from my account but the staff denied to give me the food stating that they dint received the receipt on their machine...such a worst thing they can ever do Me being a regular customer of KFC and buying food from the outlets almost every day and Just because their machine didn't work properly they denied to give me the order i placed. My money has been debited from my account I have been trying to talk to a customer support but couldn't connect to any of them such a worst service. Would never recommend this...

They are not bothered that new customers will come before that we have to clean the table for them. I have spent nearby one hour but till that time also no one came and clean that table nearby my table. Also Air conditioner was not working properly. And this was not my first time experience about Air conditioner situation is same from many days. Whenever we ask them to check either it is working or its ON or OFF staff says it's already ON or we are changing tempreture but no worth of saying them it's was feeling hot. No one is bothered about customer in this KFC Anand nagar Branch. From this I feel KFC is not worth or not taking care of their customers in terms of service. So why should we spent money on KFC specially in This Branch. If we pay the huge money to KFC for having good food with clean and beautiful environment so why they are not maintaining...

There are good kfc outlets, there are average kfc outlets and then there is this place.. the food is always overcooked or refried I guess cos it comes delivered overly dry and unpalatable. But again that is only if you are lucky enough to get a delivery in the first place.

One is used to waiting a little longer when ordering from kfc, but this place takes the cake. I ordered as usual on Wednesday cos you know Wednesday is KFC day and the benefits of having a kfc within 3km of where you stay is enough of a tempt. But those 3 km is apparently like crossing the ocean cos it’s been 2 hours and still no food.. Yes and this is not the first time.. but I think this will be the last.

Looks like using Swiggy or Zomato to order from the Hiranandani store will be a much safer and better choice going ahead.

It’s a shame that the nearest KFC also happens to be...
