Neelam Restaurant & Bar, Manpada — Restaurant in Thane

I have been coming to this bar since 2012.. It was really good earlier.. Now in 2024 their service has declined. There are no waiters on the floor when its about 12. The bar is open till 1 am.. But for namesake. The waiters have grown attitude.. The owner is is good man with old thinking.. Seems like they do not want to develop n serve customers. This place is not customer centric and currently has a Very Bad service. Waiters are busy doing their own things.. on the upper deck that is the most busy having 2 sections 14 tables in the main area and 9 tables in the smaller area there are only 2 waiters .. n on non busy days these waiters lag customer service and go down to do other chores leaving the customers unattended. Should have given them zero stars, donno why they are still running this place. Had to write this as its been more than 1 year the experience is the same. #verybad...

This place is near Bikaner hotel, Manpada. The place is quite okay but not attractive. Famous among locals as beer and other hard drinks freely available here. The place is not in good shape.
