Subway Rustomjee Thane — Restaurant in Thane

I would like to share my horrible experience with everyone here I order one chicken peri peri sub in the morning I eat it almost but leter then I found insect on it , its literally horrible thing to say as well it can cost a Deadly Disease 🤢 I'm not making this up every one it's not something that we can let go I haven't found any hair or anything it's a live insect on it I can't believe myself I eat half of it . I haven't check it earlier cause I trusted this subway but it's unbelievable they are serving as like this how anyone can be this careless with someone else heath . Totally unhygienic thing I know they use frozen food but found something alive on it , don't have word to describe it . They are playing with a lot of peoples health indirectly . I'm done with this subway never gonna order anything from it . Just making everyone aware of it...

Do not eat the lettuce!!!

Let’s talk about rotten food and health standards. See pictures below serving rotten lettuce- watery, black and moldy and very old. Served as FRESh veggies- and I saw a number of people ask for it in their subs and salads.

When I talked and objected on this to the server and the manager of the place - they said no this is very fresh.

What kind of fresh lettuce is brown and black????

Please refrain from this.

What I ordered was a salad of capsicum, cucumber and tomato - but now I am questioning the other veggies quality also!

I am a Rustomjee resident, and I have been ordering here since a long time. NOT EVEN ONCE THE ORDER IS UP TO THE MARK. They often send and pack wrong orders even on zomato & swiggy. They don't know how to make a sub sandwich at all, the subs at other outlets taste much better and of good quality. I don't know who is the owner of this outlet, but please stop with the cheap cost cutting and telling workers to add less vegetables in the sandwich.

ALSO GUYS, DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS BECAUSE EITHER THE SUB SANDWICH WAS MADE IN FRONT OF THEIR EYES, OR THE REVIEWS...
