I admitted my 18 month old daughter for their junior toddler program. Their adult to child ratio in class, the kind of negligence towards the children, the overcrowded classes, the loudest child getting all the attention whilst the silent ones whimpering in silence all of this made me discontinue my child from going there. This is not the kind of place I envisioned for the developmental years of my child. As a trusting parent who wanted the best for my child, I had already paid fees for three months along with annual fees for video surveillance and other admission fees of approx 68000 plus. Upon discontinuation of my child’s schooling with Klay after waiting for almost two-three weeks of follow up they finally told me they would refund 60000 out of the overall fees paid as my daughter didn’t go for more than two weeks. This happened in April 2023 and today we’re towards the end of week three in June. They’ve refunded only 15000 out of the 60000 that was payable back to me and I’ve been following up but to no avail. They keep giving me some nonsensical reason or the other or promising me new dates, but my 45000 still hasn’t come back! Not once since my association with them, have they managed to keep their commitment! That’s the level of their professionalism and integrity! Our 20-month-old son has been attending KLAY for the past 2 months, and this has been the best decision.
