Hotel Omkar — Restaurant in Thane

I visited this restaurant today.I was alone. I ordered 2 butter garlic naan and paneer tikka masala. There was not even a single customer except me, and still, the food was delivered to me 30 mins late. The place where I was dining was well furnished, but when I sneaked inside the kitchen, it was totally disgusting. There was no hygiene at all in the kitchen. All black stains had covered the wall. They cook veg and non veg in the same vessel... and the most disgusting part here was that I saw a commode besides this kitchen, and there was not even a door for the toilet. If you visit this restaurant you will see the toilet just besides the kitchen which is very, very disgusting. I ordered a ₹10 cold Bisleri water bottle, and the most shocking part was that the taste of the water was the same like the taste of their(Hotel) water. If you don't want this scam to happen with you, I request that whenever you order a bisleri water bottle, and after finishing that, crumble the bottle cap and put it inside the empty bottle so that you save others. Very bad experience.......

People dont have sense to talk nor they have proper manner how to convince or make vustomer happy. We are old customers of this hotel but the manager is out station and the other man who is handling is not at all proper and order was given at 9pm and the order was received at 10:15am and the money was paid at the hotel still guy who came for delivery was not at all going home atill he doesn't see or click the photo all mismanaged things done please the owner request u too...

Today, we ordered tandoori chicken which was totally raw. We could see the raw blood on the chicken pieces. Then we ordered masala papad even the papad was not fried properly. Even we ordered chicken noodles that was also totally waste of money. The manager was so casual when we called and showed him the food. Overall, a worst experience. Wouldn't...
