I recently ordered Chicken Triple Schezwan Fried Rice from Vaibhav Chinese through Swiggy at 3 AM during a late-night craving, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Typically, I don't expect much from restaurants during the late hours, but this was a delightful surprise.

The food tasted incredibly fresh—the rice, chicken, and gravy were all on point. I fell in love with the flavors! I also appreciated that they paid attention to my request for medium spiciness, which isn't something you often find at night.
