The two stars are for the quality of stuff that they offer and the three stars deducted are for their sub-par customer service and astronomical rates for most sweet and savory products. Such rates are unacceptable for a place like Trichy.

They don't even ask the customer what he/she wants; have seen this on most of my visits there.

Early this morning, I asked the sole person at the counter to make 4 bags, each with one item of A, B and C, the person shoves everything into one bag, gives 4 bags and asks me to pack it myself. There was no other customer at the store and the person should have packed it the way I asked for, but didn't. That's their definition of customer service.

After buying stuff worth Rs.1000 plus, I requested the cashier for change for 100 bucks and he said he didn't have change while I saw two 10 rupee bundles inside his cash register. When these people will stop being narrow minded, only God can foretell.

From Past 4 months till this time I was regular to trichy bus stand store. I introduced my colleagues my family to this store for good taste. From this moment I will never visit this store and other stores of this brand. I will make sure all people I introduced also never visit this brand. Unprofessional ruthless rude moneyminded staff of this outlet makes this brand unworthy. For this store if U visit the store regular also doesn't matter. They are not bothered abt loyal customers. Only if U make high amount bill they will notice U. Otherwise they will act like deaf and dumb. I hv visited other stores of this brand outside trichy as well but the customer service is commendable everywhere except this trichy bus stand store. There is no option of negative star otherwise I would hv given that also. You people are forgetting if U don't get customers ur value is zero.tell ur staff becoz of customers they are getting their salary. I will not blame store manager as staff shows there over smartness...

I recently purchased a Mysore-Pak from here for a special event, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The sweet was supposed to be pre-sliced, but to my surprise, it was not cut at all. It seems that the person who packed the cake completely missed the step of cutting it, and no one at the bakery noticed this mistake.

This oversight is unacceptable. How can we enjoy the sweet when it's not even cut? It created a significant inconvenience during our event, as we had to scramble to find a suitable knife to cut the cake ourselves. This not only delayed our celebration but also raised concerns about the bakery's attention to detail and overall quality control.

A basic expectation when buying a sweet is that it should be ready to serve, especially when pre-slicing is requested. I am very disappointed with this experience and hope the bakery will take immediate steps to improve their packing and quality check processes to prevent such issues...
