BANANA LEAF A/C RESTAURANT - TAKEAWAY — Restaurant in Tiruchirappalli

Actually, I not like to give even 1 star also but I want to review so I given 1 star. I'm in the customer last 10 years for this banana leaf restaurant. I don't know why nowadays was worst, maybe this branch was careless and worst management. I ordered mutton Biryani but received chicken biryani but the main thing is only chicken bones biriyani. Okay for chicken biryani instead of mutton Biryani. It's can be happen sometimes but my question is how possible to give chicken bones biriyani??? So it's left biriyani by someone?? Or your kitchen team was blind so they given chicken bone biriyani instead of mutton biriyani???. Or this restaurant thinking online customers was not paying money and they are beggar so that's why they given only bones...! . I will take strict action for...

Quality and food taste is very good but staff behaviors on receptionist is very bad.. The management should give more training to staff for more customer friendly during take order and during communication with customer because today i have make order for home delivery but during i place order the staff suddenly say food delivery will be delay and focus to anything there without speak with me and i have wait on call around 2 minute and they don't have any respond to me and finally i have disconnected the call.. frankly i would like say very very worst respond.. especially...

Rice ample for two people Ladies finger kuttu Boiled egg Cabbage poriyal Mutton kulambu Chicken kulambu Fishy curry Morrre /butter milk Rasam Appalam Urukai Payasam Banana leaf 1

The rice 🍚good enough for two people, fish curry and rasam was awesome. Loved the whole package. The side poriyal ans kuttu was not sufficient should have been a two more spoons additional.
