I recently dined at this restaurant but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.

I ordered "Alfredo Pasta," assuming it was the classic version since I cannot eat chicken for the time being. The menu had two options listed under the pasta section: "Alfredo Pasta (Veg)" and "Alfredo Pasta (Chicken)." Expecting the default to be without meat, I asked for Alfredo Pasta, hoping they would serve the vegetarian version. However, when the dish arrived, it was Chicken Alfredo.

I politely requested that they simply remove the chicken instead of wasting the dish, trying to be considerate. However, when the bill arrived, I was charged for the chicken dish anyway. When I brought up the issue with the server, they responded that I should have specifically mentioned that I wanted the vegetarian option.

This left me feeling frustrated. The onus should be on the restaurant to clarify and ensure the customer’s order is correct, A little more attention to detail and a better attitude from the staff would have turned this experience around. Unfortunately, the way they handled the situation, along with the menu confusion, left me disappointed. They just...

If you wanna have the worst service experience- i would blindly recommend iceland! Seriously? Servers over there are chitchatting when i and a friend of mine were waiting in hunger- this is not how you treat a costumers- there are over 5 to 6 people working i think but none came for the first 10 to 15 mins even tho we called for them! It'll be better if you guys hire better performing employees! Not so glad experience at your place sorry. I would never recommend hanging out there with your friends! Everything sucks over there and also they served me a burger without even slicing the bread rightly like what in the world is that- its like you're doing it for you're jobs sake not for our apettite. They litreally took 15 mins jus for a burger and there were no costumers except me and my friend because they gotta chitchat stuffs right. anyways kindly look throu it.
