We went as 6 members for breakfast

They have a old man who's hands were shaking and while he cleans the table he cannot clean it properly. When suggested to clean him properly he got very angry and shouted 'I cleaned. Why do you ask me to clean again"

The attendar who took order kept on forgetting things. He confirmed the order 6 time for the 6 members he took order for. He spoke different language

We dined at 9 am and the idly and Vada, Pongal all were not served hot

There was only one Vada and 3 idly they served after which they said it was over. Only dosa items were there. The time was only 9 am

I must have rated one but when I went and complaint to owner. he apologized and said he have that old man to make him survive so he didn't sack him from work even after complaints

This hotel is serving at their own will. They don’t seem to bother about customer. We bought curd rice for lunch and it doesn’t even taste like curd and no salt at all and big moulds of rice was there. Along with these we bought a meals parcel where they didn’t even bother to keep side dish vegetable and packed it and gave to us. This is one of the worst service. One day during dinner they have mini idly instead of ordinary idly and it was completely dried one. They only want sales at any cost and not quality service for customers. I request the one who looks for normal taste not to go...
