Brew Blue Cafe — Restaurant in Tiruchirappalli

The place has potential to be better and there's always room for improvement, overall it's pretty good and I'm going to list out the negatives first,

The lighting, it's a cafe not a hospital or a marriage hall, ditch the white spotlights and use yellow lights, it makes the place feel more comfortable.

There is a serious insect problem: you guys need to do something about the insects, it ruins the whole experience and especially the insects that are attracted towards the lights, and fly around and sit on your food.

The coffee: it might be an expensive barista machine and you might use the best quality milk but skill matters the most in these and you need someone who understands the mechanics of the machine, and how to brew perfect coffee everytike maintaining consistency.

Fixing these 3 will improve almost everything. You've perfected the branding, designing, and marketing aspect. This is just constructive criticism, and I hope you make improvements in your business as you progress.

Positives:

There's a lot of board games and card games so it can be a cool place to hangout with your friends

You've understood your target customers properly and it shows in the way you've set up the place with the neon lights, group friendly seating, and the music in the background.

had an exceptional dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of. It's the first time I'd been to this cafe and the ambience is more than splendid. You can't get enough of it when you have the entire space for yourself. I loved the way they had designed each room with a different theme to set a different vibe...
