We ordered for Madurai paneer Kari Dosai and chapati(good)... as if, the name "kari"(charcoal) they justified it perfectly .. Dosa was completely black and burt and failed to satisfy the taste buds....could feel the sweetness, bitterness on each and every bite there is a raw spices of garm masala (star Anis,).At very first we were bit hesitate to inform the issue, thought to adjust and have it... Not to waste food.(May be this is taste of this dosa.wrongly we chose it)as a customer perspective..so we haven't informed initially..later on we asked the person who took the order.. is this way u prepare this dosa(sweet and bitter) ..it doesn't meet the expectation..the answer he gave "getting paneer from milk know" so u will get the sweetness(phathetic).another working lady staff also came into this conversation and asking for the issue.. "u would have inform before, will try to give the another one" ..i agree the words.. Then she enquiries that u haven't touch this part right will take it to the kitchen and examine...she came up with the small plate and ask us to take the untouched pieces of dosa with our (eating hand)..do you thing it's hygiene? ..the working staffs were try to solve.. However as a customer we are not in the position to explain indetail to each and every persons(4,5)..repeatedly..Already we are starving..after all the convo and kitchen examination they agreed to prepare the another one..i denied and order for plain dosa...but the bill they provided for us which includes paneer Kari dosa cost of Rs.150...we asked for explanation..manager informed as its a system generated one we can't modify.. Software thing... instead we can offer u parcel of ur wish (ha ha ha...)..we denied. 2..next time I'll sure the taste and quality. As they are new staff they may not known. Nowadays it makes me think twice to visit there. First, waiters will keep ask you to change the table if you go alone. Second, there are too many flies on the tables as well as food.. they openly say that they are unable to control it whenever ask about it. Third, the waiting time.. I had to wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order and another 15 minutes for a single masala dosa. Wondering how the customer who came after me and ordered mushroom masala dosa got served it earlier than me, might be the costliest will be served first? Fourth, they keep all the chutney items nearby washbasin which gives a disgust feeling while having them. Fifth, they keep increasing the cost of each item once in 2-3 months, you can get the same food almost half the price in small hotels with the same quality. Sixth, you are lucky if you get the space to park your vehicle and it is on the same place without scratches when you return.. security will keep moving it...

This place keeps running because there is less alternate in vayalur road area Taste - okayish Atmosphere - worst , too much flies Parking - horrible ( you never gets a spot) and security acts as if he is the owner. Service - horrible waiting time( sever takes 15 mins to take your order , after he does he roams here and there even for a cup of coffee you should wait 15 mins) Food quality - sub par , they used to be good now they are money driven, Value for money - you could choose alternate for better quality and less money I won't recommend until you just want a...
