Worst Buffet in Trichy! Horrible service, food and ambience! One would expect to have a pleasant environment when paying around 800. But it was just the opposite of pleasent. But don't get your hopes up and expect it to be a festive place. Terrible sound system, there is a kids play area where they will be screaming, a mini stage to dance where people will be howling. And with all this ruckus, the waiter won't hear anything who by the way, did hear us sometimes but didn't do what we asked for. Sometimes we had to beg! Enough with the Ambience and move to the worst part. THE FOOD!!! That's not the food one would expect for that price! But let me just say what was good first because that list is short. Mutton seekh kebab, curd rice, fish, watermelon, jelly Paani Poori, and noodles. Chicken and mutton was decent but only after taking our suggestion. It was too dry at first. Now let's move on to bad ones. Prawns was bland, disgusting panneer (which I had to force myself to swallow because I don't like wasting food), watery fried rice, dosa made with poor quality batter, cheese potatoes with potato slices that were large enough to be called as half sliced potatoes with no salt (for which we requested to add more salt but served again with the same amount of salt), watery Mayo, watery Rasamalai. OMG the Rasamalai! One can't find a Rasamalai that's as bad as theirs even in hell! The Malai is just milk with lots of water and coloring powder, the size of the sweet was equal to an average sized pea. The honey chilli chicken which only had chicken bones. We asked for the dish to be served twice hoping to see some flesh but our hopes went down the drain... I think I have to stop here and just say everything else was bad. If I had to describe how disgusting everything was the review will go on forever. I would have given a 2 or maybe 2.5 stars for the good ones had they reduced our total bill, but no, they made us pay the entire amount which is unfair for the experience we had. I wish Google adds a facilty to give negative stars. To summarise, if you wish to take revenge on someone, take them...

First of all the waiting period was too long. After 30 mins only they started from a welcome drink. (Like Mango bite candy taste drink) Then after 10 mins they provide crispy corn and potato, then bbq starters.

First they provide watermelon, mushroom and pineapple in bbq then give fish and chicken. Chicken was very less in quantity. Fish takes place most. In between they provide honey chicken. But we need to call ourselves again for all refills.

There is no 90 items. We just tried near 10 to 14 only.

For hand wash we need to go rest room. There Napkins and diapers dustbin which is open is placed near wash basin.

Rest room also not clean that much.

Buffet is a worst thing. They don't refill food. Salt is much in food. We can't able to take food. That much crowd. In dessert we don't pick much. There is shortage.

Live counters also busy, there is no proper service.

They don't serve mutton items in table or in buffet, only mutton curry was there.

Gulab jamun, pastries, sweets, waffle and brownies are not refilled again.

Among all plates and spoons are dirty.

They charged us. They need to prepare and refill food for all customers.

While we visit there is too rush. They must be prepared to handle this rush and food. There is lack of issues there

The restaurant persons do not take care of it and they just roaming and watching around.

When we ask for refill, they just told it's finished.

We are regular visitor of BBQ Nation. They refill food on table untill we resist. They also refill in buffet untill the last person will move out.

Also they take our complaint and resolve it much quickly. In rush situations they also interrupted and helped visitors.

Here ice cream was also on shortage. Also they gave as per their wish.

As a Foodie and Restaurant Reviewer I don't satisfied with their service and taste and quality.

They are not up to the mark.

I am giving mt genuine feedback and there is no biased approach here. I am giving my feedback not instantly because I visited on various combinations three times (law of averages & expecting at least once it would have been better) The barbecue pot is not hot it was just an eyewash. They may claim that they do cook 95% already in kitchen but it is not true. Most of the dishes are not cooked properly. The pasteries are seriously in a quality of giving free take away. It's worthless. Never touch their Mocktail section which is at extra cost because you might possibly puke everything you had Biriyani (is it really cooked or mixed half boiled rice with biriyani paste, that too not tasty) Ice creams - guys I never tasted such worst taste ice creams Love kitchen is okay comparing with other areas VR is only for girls (as if the staff was behaving like one) when we went with kids they have refused since many teen girls were waiting. Last two times our kids enjoyed though the food was not good. But this time they suddenly changed the rule that kids less than 15 not allowed for VR (pretending that there is horror inside) Overall if you get an offer of average 400 per person and wanted to spend one hour please go. Else if you are looking for good food and experience never think of this place. I giving two stars because I got an offer and my kids were happy playing in play ararea. That's all. If you already visited AB and BN then you would hate this place. If you never visited Barbeque hotels then try this cheaper version first before going...
