Disappointing Experience at BBQ Trichy

I recently visited BBQ Trichy with a group of 20 people, and it was an overall disappointing experience. Here are the key issues we faced:

Food Quality Was Subpar: The food quality was far below expectations.

Lack of Proper Cooked Food: When we noticed that the food was not cooked properly, instead of taking action, the staff tried to justify it by saying that's how the food is supposed to be. It felt like they weren’t concerned about quality at all. After 20 min they took the item and barbecued it for some more time and brought to us.

Poor Management and Unprofessional Behavior: Despite us arriving at 12 pm and still having members eating, the management asked us to leave by 2 pm because they had another booking. We felt rushed, and even though some of our team members were still eating, they kept pushing us to vacate the table. This was highly unprofessional, especially given the large group size.

Limited Menu and Missing Items: There were very few options available, and what was worse, they didn’t even have basic items like mutton, except for mutton biryani. This limited the variety and made the experience even more frustrating.

Unreasonable Pressure to Give Positive Feedback: The staff insisted that we say the food was great, even when it clearly wasn’t. This felt dishonest and uncomfortable, especially when we were just voicing our genuine concerns about the quality of the meal.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and food at BBQ Trichy. It’s unfortunate because we were expecting a good experience, but instead, it felt like a rushed, frustrating visit. If you're planning to visit, be prepared for a very different experience compared to other BBQ outlets.
