I regret being regular customer to this hotel, very poor taste and rude customer service. We ordered one shawarma , which was served in just few seconds later without pickle. Being a shawarma fan I prefer with pickle, even after asking to the server he said we don’t give pickle in our restaurant also charging rs 85 only for normal shawarma . So I cancelled and order one ghee roast , they only served sambar and tomato chutney without coconut chutney , he said we don’t provide coconut chutney for Dosa in their restaurant ,charging rs 70 for dosa. After having all these I paid for whole order, and gave suggestion that your pricing is okay but you don’t serve properly when compared to other hotels. For this comment that particular server came all the way and stated arguing with us saying , all customers will eat quietly without complaints but you are only arguing with us . Even after this I mentioned I have paid the whole bill , just for courtesy we are reporting expecting an apology from management saying it won’t happen in future.
