Owner does not care about the customer service.

We had sambar idli when we visited two days ago. This time, the server denied our order for sambar idli not only that he further retaliated that such dish is not available any time here. Despite explaining that we had two days ago.

Even the cashier and biller also denied our request.

Non availability of dish is not a matter, but rude behavior of server is unbearable.

I was a regular visitor in Bhavani hotel at Woriur when I was there. After shifting to puthur, found satisfied with hotel Bhavani here but disappointed with taste and service at Puthur hotel.

I ordered idli from this restaurant through swiggy. I clearly mentioned to keep seperate sambar chutney for each set of idlis. But they sent only one packet of sambar chutney for all idlis. And very little chutney for for 6 idlis. But for 6 idlis, swiggy charged Rs.186, which was too high for the quantity and quality they provided. Worst one to order. But can go to restaurant and...
